Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not possible to add items to an existing order. But we can combine orders for delivery if you wish, however please let us know within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your first order. Just contact our customer service and we will do our utmost best to send your orders together.
How will I know you received my order and when will my payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and your account will be debited. In case the product you ordered is not on stock we will contact you to inform you and we will immediately cancel and refund your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a track and trace code (T&T), making it possible to trace your order. Unfortunately, we have experienced some difficulties with T&T mails being caught in spam filters. Before contacting us, please make sure to check your spam filter.
I'm interested in an item but it is out of stock in the online shop. Can I still order the product?
We may be able to re-produce the item, but please bear in mind the delivery will take more time than normally. Please feel free to send us an e-mail at email@example.com if you would like to order a product which is not in stock and we will let you know ASAP whether we can re-produce it, and in such case when you can expect the delivery. Some of our shoes are tailor-made according to your size, using the European shoe sizing chart. In this case also allow extra delivery time (we will keep you informed on the delivery time). Please keep in mind re-produced items can NOT be refunded.
